Hi, this machine generates a random redstone ouput when the grass grows and then resets itself using a BUD switch, generating another random signal.
For building this you'll need:
1 dirt block
1 to 3 grass blocks
2 sticky pistons
6 blocks
2 redstone torches
2 repeaters
1 glass block
1 sand block
1 torch (that is not necessary)
1 piece of redstone dust or something else for the output
