This is a 1 wide tile-able kelp-furnace based XP machine. It gives you the precise amount of XP you need to fully repair any Netherite tool or armor. It comes in two variations: a counter-based design (this file), and a storage-based design (a sister file, find on my profile). The counter stores information inside itself and lets the dried kelp pass through and be used as fuel, whereas the storage based design stores all the dried kelp until the proper amount of xp has been reached.
