A warning to anyone who doesn't like reading notes, there are several to be read particularly in the beginning of the map, so be warned

abandoned mines, spider infested caves, elven ruins, zombie ridden cemetaries, treacherous ice caverns and many more obstacles lie ahead on your adventure!

Introduction -Bad tidings were brought to my family through a letter regarding my uncle. It was said that he had fallen ill with a vile disease which rotted the very flesh from his bones, I being the only child of my parents and the youngest and most able of the Ravenwood family was sent to care for him until his inevitable death from his ailments, He had been in his younger days a volatile man often fighting with his siblings and thus gained a poor reputation among the family, but I felt obliged to care for this feeble old man none the less. the journey to his castle which stood on the blue mountains would be a long and arduous, but also mentioned in the letter was his fortune and it would be bestowed upon whoever was sent to aid him in his dying days.So I began my journey across the Province of Durum in search of my uncle in the blue
mountains.

The custom texture pack (optional but does fit well) and notes are all included in the download
In order to play the map please make sure you have minecraft version 1.3.1 or later!

(If there's any way you can disable creepers, this would help)

Installing the map

Single player - simply go to your Start Menu, type "run", type in %appdata%, click on .minecraft then drag the 'world' file from the download into your saves folder.

Multiplayer - go to you server folder and remove the world file,and replace with the 'world' file from the download.

Additional Notes

Sometimes when playing on multiplayer some signs may not appear to have anything written on them, to fix simply disconnect and reconnect to the server.
