I acctuly started making an 8-bit to decimal counter, but I kinda gave up on that cause it was just to much work to do all alone :( ( no one could help me whit the redstone part, cause they had absolutly no idea at all wtf I was doing :P haha. And no one wanted to help me whit the boring parts ( putting up frames an such ) cause, well... it was boring :/ ). --- This time I finished it after school one day whit a bit of help for my buddy :D ( still he didnt really understand what he was doing :P he was just following my lead :) ) took me some hours, not to big a project!
But anyways:
-What it does: You type in a 4-bit binary code, ( for example: 1101 ) and it show you on a "dual seven segment screen" ( normal digital numbers ) what it is in decimal numbers ( 0-9 ). ( the example: 1101 = 13 in decimal numbers )
-How to set the binary number: it's just plain switches :P up is 1, down is 0!
-How it works: se the pictures. -comment this tread or PM me if you would like a vid about how it works, or just how it looks in minecraft!-
