Been a known bug which i can't fix because its a minecraft bug (in a picture and video)

The bug is that that part of the world is not generated. Increase render distance, that chunk must be loaded for the redstone to work.

That bug can be fixed by destroying repeater and 1 redstone piece . That should work because that worked on meh computer!

i do and it still doesn't work, that's how i sometimes have to reset

If this dosent work , then i dont know how . Try this : Destroy all redstone / redstone repeater / redstone torch that is on. Than try to copy like it was. This must work . It works on my maps every time !

depends how you do it, i normal don't use de-coders ever, so this is kinda of a 1st for me
