By combining redstone lamp and piston, I created the whole thing just by using Redstone with help from BrainBrain and CNBMinecraft to create a clock made out of only pistons and redstone lamps.
How to turn on the clock:
Turn the whole thing on using the flick of a lever. Every time you do that the piston will then turn on a timer which then sends the signal to activate the piston memory circuit. More information soon.
