This switch makes it so that at night the redstone torches turn on because the input of the redstone stops connectins, so you can make it so that at day the light or whatever you out there doesnt work, but at night it will :) HERE YOU GO! I created this myself, it may be created already, but i have not seen it so i created one myself.
