Redstone - Check if 2 Signalstrengths are equal

The redstone lamp will only turn on, if redstone input on green and red wool have same value. For example you can put item frames with arrows on this wools and the lamp will only turn on when both arrows have the same rotation. Could be used as an array of passord input, for checking if inputed array of arrows is same as secret array of arrows. This would allow changing the password with ease quickly anytime.
