changed a few features
redstone lantern lighthouse element. minecrart powered for more reliable clocking, and as compact as can be. element is in a self enclosed stone casing with the middle being open for maintenance and access.

changed a large amount of interior structure, added a ladder, opened up the interior for fixing the cart if ever needed (most likely wont happen but just in case) the top and side stone cap can be replaced with any material they're just there to protect the redstone components
