This modern beach house includes over 80 redstone contraptions. It has:
-automatic farms
-a huge storage system
-a brewing system
-an elevator
-a secure vault
-working TV
-secrets
 and much more.

You can control a few things in the house with the Smart Home System. Use it to turn on the lights or the alarm system or to open and close the front gate.
There are many things to explore in this smart redstone house.

Some contraptions are broken on 1.20, I recommend to play the map in 1.14.3

Hey! Is it possible to update for 1.19.2 Or at least down the house and plop into a new world in Forge 1.19.2? I'm loving this house greatly and I'm running All The Mods 8 modpack and was looking for a world to settle in. However no vanilla mobs are spawning in the overworld nor the caves besides the spawner generated mobs in the caves. Also the item request system upstairs isn't working (:

Unfortunately the item request system is broken since 1.16.5 (due to a few redstone updates) and I haven't found a way to fix it. But you can enable the mob spawning with this command:
/gamerule doMobSpawning true
