I am going to make a redstone telegraph using 1 redstone wire each direction and with displays at both ends. I am thinking that to send the letters I will need a binary encoder and decoder at both ends. If anyone has any ideas please tell me. And PLEASE Comment and like!

Wouldn't the encoder be the input and the decoder as the output?
