This is my 3rd Version of this which has the current feature
*Quite the bit smaller then Version 2 :D and has better features
*Has a TFlipFlop
*Has a RSNORLatch
*Has a Timer
*Has a RSNORLatch Enabler
*You can use a Quick Pulse or Continous Redstone Signal
*Has all the outputs in 1 area :D
