This was just me playing around with the new function of repeaters. Basically what it means is the if you place a repeater perpendicular to another repeater and the power the later, you will lock the signal type coming out of it and you cannot change that signal until it is unlocked. I have made three different designs of pulse limiters and two silent T-Flip flops. The orange wool is the input and the red wool the output.
