Hey Builders :))

This should represent a realistic worn down apartment/reseidential building! This will be part of my Mansion District Project however it also makes for a great standalone which is why I've included a world download :)

To the building itself.. it's a 13 story and 90 blocks high (with antenna)
It has no interior so far, if you want me to do it, let me know :) otherwise I'd call it done!

Oh and I also included a subway service entry :) be sure to check it out yourself!
