The project was cancelled because of financial difficulties
Edit: Yeah, I just read on the Wikipedia page again about the abandonment. As it states, "In September 2015, a spokesman for Palmer said the project had merely been delayed, and that the new ship would be launched in 2018 - two years later than initially planned."
and the jinling shipyard is losing interest in the project
so im pretty sure the "Titanic II" project is not gonna happend
