It is "almost" the same structure as Whiterun then, it still looks 95% like Whiterun to my eyes. I've seen some of your other builds, and they seem much more like... you. In some of your other builds, it is YOU who has come with the main idea of how it's gonna have to look like, it's your imagination. But in this, and also the other I commented, then it's not really your own imagination, it's Skyrim where you just moved some houses (and you didn't even change that much). This is 100% a fantastic build, but the creativity (creativity as meant in "idea", not how it looks in detail) is at what I'd call 1%. It's not enough of "You" in this build, to be your own "world", this is more likely a rearrangement of Bethesda's idea of how Whiterun looks. This is constructive critics, don't take it offensive. I am texting this to you, because you're going off from your own track, and still saying that the world was 100% your idea, and was only "inspired" by Skyrim. If "Inspired by Skyrim" means "This is Skyrim", then sorry for my mistake. Take this as a little tip for your next big inspired builds, make it your own imagination.

It DOES look a lot like whiterun, but at the same time not really.  great work though
