About the Map:
An abandoned camp site sits near the remaining fresh water source along a dried up riverbed. The steep faces of mesas and plateaus stretch across the hot terrain with an overbearing sun casting a bright glow against the sand. Against these mesas, layers of sedimentary deposits of salt and other minerals show where water once stood.

The map gallery contains several images of my favorite features. It is best viewed and played with the Conquest Resource Pack by Monsterfish_.  This is map was rendered in World Machine and finalized in World Painter.
