"For ten thousand years the San'lorai ruled,
but from the fog the Far Ones came.
Standing afore an age of everlasting dark,
the Highborn sacrificed themselves to save the flame."

Overview
This is a remake of the first and most ambitious map I created over a decade ago. Developed as part of the supplementary material for my novel The Exiles of Elysia: Knightfall, this map takes place four hundred years prior to the events of the book.
Inspired by Dark Souls, Elden Ring, and King's Field.
This map contains a full story campaign that details the efforts of Emon Peregrine, last Prince of the ancient San'lorai, in his quest to reclaim the sacred valley of Lynwen and bring his dying, scattered people salvation - or vengeance. The map is enormous and lovingly handcrafted, encompassing a gigantic and breathtaking mountain range with ancient forests, crumbling ruins, and foreboding citadels to explore. Lay claim to unique equipment blessed with the holy Light, cursed with the forbidden arte of Lifestealing, or enchanted with other magical effects. There are dungeons to conquer that are guarded by fallen heroes, hundreds of secrets to uncover, and an expansive story arc with optional quests, including scripted encounters and multiple cinematic endings based on your choices in the map!
This map is designed for solo or co-op play; no mods are required!
Stay tuned for additional updates - new areas, music, datapack updates, a hardcore mode, a speedrun challenge, and more!

I appreciate your interest!
I did notice one “bug.” It doesn’t break the game, but:
-a little ways before the first boss battle,
-in the room with the pressure plate+harming 2 arrows trap,
If you get a mob to walk over the pressure plate then when the sticky piston pulls down the block covering the dispenser you can click the dispenser and get all of those harming arrows
Not sure if this is actually a bug, as it might be an intentional help to observant players, but I will say it made the first boss more manageable.
Thank you for the stupendous map!
