This map base was originally created by SethBling from his wither boss spawn back in one of the snapshots where the wither boss was unable to spawn due to lag. With MCedit, I added necessary needs such as: chests (with items), glass house (so no mobs will spawn), pools, generators, 4 trees, & hidden ores on the side of the block. The whole point of this map is basically the same as the original skyblock. The objective is to survive as long as possible using the materials you have. However, an interesting thing is that there is an end portal to this sand skyblock & the original skyblock. It's extremely far away so I suggest you don't try going there unless you have enough blocks. Near the end portal there will be land also. This map is still in beta mode, so feel free to leave suggestions or error notes to my YouTube channel through a personal message.
The rules are the same as any other Minecraft survival map. Just simply, survival as long as you can.
Additional Notes
ERROR: If you saw of my first 2 sand skyblock episodes, you'll know that my lava pool & smooth stone generator from the lava sent accidental sparks to the wood on the tree. Both trees burned down due to this which left me with other 2 other trees. I'll fix this in the next release. For now, just dig up the tree near the smooth stone generator corner & lava pool corner.
