15P080 RS-40 Druzhinnik (Sarmat-2) is Russian ICBM system basing in underground facilities. Due to the high importance of the missile as strategical counter-attack system the huge infrastructure complex was developed to maintenance, transport, storage and launch it was developed. 15P080 RS-40 is index for this entire system, the missile itself named 15Zh80. All system consists of two lesser systems: long-range escort group (LREG) and staitionary maintenance and launching group (SMLG).

LREG includes 7 lesser systems, basing on 14 vehicles:
1. 1x 15T542 transporting system (MZKT-79358S tractor unit + TTP-3 heavy trailer + 15Zh80 ICBM in 15Ya180 container).
2. 3x 15G190 UTZ-23RV fuel tankers.
3. 4x 15Tz86 Kanyon combat counter-sabotage escort vehicle based on BTR-97 APC.
4. 2x 15V480-S self-propelled wheeled barracks.
5. 1x 15V480-O self-propelled wheeled messing facility.
6. 1x 15V272 Veresk self-propelled electromagnetic warfare and radio communication vehicle.
7. 1x 15M72 T-16RV Pelena engineering and camouflauging vehicle (modified T-16 Armata ARV).

SMLG includes ... lesser systems: (not shown yet).
1. Any number of 15P780 underground launch system (silo).
2. 1x 15T384 self-propelled heavy transshipment vehicle (heavy crane).
