a airship that i build
mods used: toomanyitems and singleplayer commands
the inside is still pretty empty does anyone know what i should put into the ship?

You should definitely have a balloon instead of the fans on top of it.
And you could put things like captains quarters and rooms for the crew in it.

i tried to make a balloon on top of it but got on the top of world (not sure how to call it ;p) so couldn't put any more blocks

try using mc edit and put it at another location ( over water is usually pretty good)
