This is one of two maps (Site 19 and 59) based off of the SCP Foundation that I worked on last year over a couple of months in my spare time, with my own personal touch. I've posted it before elsewhere but I thought I might as well post it here too. Please use Version 1.7.10.
And also, SWITCH TO PEACEFUL, or else your gonna be teleporting around the map!

NOTE: When you unzip the file, please note its another folder down before the actual map file. Not the one when you first open the ZIP.

(This map also includes Gate A and B as well as the underground part of the facility!)

By "the underground part of the facility" do you mean the entirety of the entrance, heavy, and light containment zones laid out like in Containment Breach?
