Can you play this mod pack on a not too good pc with the npc's? I mean the npcs lagg out my friends server, do the in Singleplayer too?

I made this map with a very low end PC so it should run fine to you, just make sure to remove the TV Monitors bc they cause a lot of lag, after that you'll be good.
