~ Scylla's Embrace ~
------------------------------------------------------------
Inspired by the sea monster from Greek Mythology 'Scylla', we have come up with this server hub which features a bunch of tentacles, a few menacing eyes, four monster-faced(?) portals and a lovely platform for diving into the fountain beneath it.
Background:
So we were thinking of what to build, and decided that we should come up with a badass name first then build around the idea behind the name. Thus we did our research on Greek names and eventually stumbled on 'Scylla', a female sea monster in Greek mythology which had what seemed to be an octopus tentacle for a tail. We laughed at the idea of making an octopus themed spawn, but the end result turned out pretty nice compared to what we initially expected.
Features: (Size ~ 175x175)
It is easily customizable as we have left enough space above each portal, allowing you to create signs above it to tell your players where each portal leads to. Sufficient space is given all around spawn for players to roam about, including the balcony at the top. Fitting a beacon will be no problem at all, as we have made sure to leave space at the upper dome for you to set up a beacon.
The roof has a pattern featuring a squid head with twelve tentacles, and the floor is filled with tentacle-inspired patterns.
The dome and pillars are well-detailed, and the insides of the dome has butterflies in it!
This hub can also be used as a faction spawn, as there are well-defined paths in each direction behind each portal.
