The map's a fairly interesting concept, with a bit of work and love, it could be quite fun, however, the spawns feel too close together, the instructions are a bit vague (not to mention the grammar) and it is rather aesthetically unappealing. If you make a 2nd map take some time to learn an editing tool, like World Edit, MC edit or Voxelsniper and put a lot of time into it.
Oh and make sure you have good screenshots, they're what makes a person download a map, if need be, get someone else to do them for you, and make sure they look pretty swish. ;)
