"The town of SeaSide is about the art of boat building and riding. There will be a dock portion of the town for using craft-able boat to learn, or race, or whatever else you can think to do with boats. The other portion will be used for making much much bigger boats. With the help of MoveCraft we can make submarines and boats of all kinds. There is also a boardwalk which is the tourist part of SeaSide. We make inland plots and dock plots. Thank you."
