I'll be honest: I was hoping that you might have used different colors for the different redstone circuits, which would make some setups a bit easier to follow but... I can also definitely understand why this approach is much easier.
One question though... Why did you leave that annoying iron trapdoor in? :D Does it actually serve any purpose (audible pulse perhaps?) or not so much? I couldn't help but notice that one right away :)

I didn't know that it may make difficulties following circuits. I'll consider your advice in my next projects.
Nothing Important. Actually I used to make everything with pistons but it makes minecraft to reload the chunks that pistons are in. this is a clock and it has to be accurate and you know... pistons have sound and for me it was extremely quite :D
