This is a Semi-Automatic Potion Brewer.
This works with versions 1.5.1 - 1.6.2
The Way it Works:
1) You put water bottles in the chest.
2) You put potion ingredients in the dropper that brew the potion. (Potion Ingredients must be in Order.) (Nether Wart, Glowstone Dust, Blaze Powder, etc.)
3) You press the button and the droppers will drop the ingredients in the hoppers that will automatically brew the Potion!

what do you put in the hoppers/dispensers

You put the potion ingredients in the droppers, but they have to be in order from bottom to top. For example, if you want a strength potion, you need to put the nether wart in the bottom dropper and the last ingredient in the top dropper.
