Sequential Counter (Rmagic Style)

What it does?
In my words a sequential counter has many outputs that are controlled by a button, when you push the button it switches to the next output and when it gets to the end it goes back to the first output.

Uses -
1. Broadcasting systems that go through a whole bunch of messages.
2. Railway stations.
3. Your imagination is the limit!
