This is a complete redesign of my first sequential counter, it uses hoppers instead of repeaters and is therefore half the size, it is also slightly faster.
This is just a simple device that switches to the next available setting in the queue.
Perfect for railway stations, item dispensers or other devices that require a simple way to manage multiple inputs.
