I'm not sure, it does not melt for me. Make sure you do not add any additional light sources in the house, as that will likely cause the ice to melt. The lights have been carefully placed throughout the building specifically to prevent the ice from melting.

I don't know the rules of the competition, but probably not. You would likely be disqualified for using someone else's work.
