Serpent Cannon

I haven't uploaded anything from the Alliance Faction yet ._. Whelp, this will be the first. 

This the Alliance's "Serpent Cannon", a piece of equipment used by the infantry. While it's not considered as a "Vehicle", it's more of a HMG in wheels. The equipment is mainly used as a defensive equipment, but by having wheels, it can also be used for more offensive tasks such as laying down suppressive fire while the infantry moves up.
