Here is a Server Spawn build + Environment free to download and use on your server.  


Features:  

*Spawn (This is also a seperate download, check my profile)
*PvP Houses
*Houses in spawn for decoration
*Easter eggs  
*Glass roof over spawn (no rain in spawn)
*Has one enderchest (hidden) 
*Big parkour (hard one) with suprise at the end
*Donator + staff room
*Automated drop party room  (requires infinite dispenser plugin if you want them to stop running out) (located below the donator room, remove center block and fall down. Setup a tp to there) 
*Pvp parkour just outside spawn under ground (West side, right outside spawn keep digging down) (This is also a seperate download, check my profile)
*Paintings (Legend of Zelda + Aragorn LOTR)
*Big map of the map (hidden enchanted room behind it)
*Mob spawners outside spawn
*Red wool border all around the server spawn environment (protected zone)
*Trading system (redstone device) 


(Note: Turn off firespreading before importing the schematics so no buildings will burn down.)
