Server Startup Help

HELLO! My Name is Toastfairy1701 and for people who want to start a server we need your help with this server called Toastycraft(not final name) we are building with worldedit and using many plugins we have a spawn world and build world setup but we need it to look greater and more professional than ever needed:

2:Builders
2:Admins
Multiple:Moderators
1:Coders

also if u are any of these you get full permissions unless u r a griefer?

About the server: we want a pvp we have some mmo elements a survival world and a build world its for 1.3.1/1.3.2 and we want two different factions good and evil each with their own cities and we have "Exspansions" every so often.
