NO REQUIREMENTS! Vanilla Minecraft!!!
A simple build that runs a setblock command on the push of a button. Can easily be modified to run any command or the time changed.
NOTE: On the second timer, put HALF the items you normally would for a timer. They go back and forth to complete the timer. Remember each hopper passes 2.5 items per second, so just multiply the seconds you want by 1.25 and put that many items in. The second one is made for long delays, that is why it is not accurate as it allows up to a 4.2 minute delay, in theory.
