Shadow Run is a fun parkour map where you can try it solo or with a friend.
It is not too difficult because the map is meant to be played with more than 1 person.
The difficulty comes from the race itself. If you are ahead you feel pressure to not mess up. If you are behind you feel the pressure to catch up. It has a nice balance of speed and platforming.
