Ever since Playing shadows of evil on BO3 I've always been interested in the layout of the map as well as Morg City itself.
One (or 3) buildings that stand out to me is an inaccessible twin tower hotel in the city's skyline.
It would've been really cool to see the devs make maps and directories as game promos for the map when they were hyping it up. but alas we only get to speculate what was really there, so this is pure speculation and fan-made.

Without further ado, Welcome to the George Lepcot 5 star Hotel.
It was designed by Jason Blundell, and Slips Wheeler, named after the great WW1 General, George Lepcot (born in morg city 1890-1984), and was constructed using the strongest of Carnegie's Steel.

Opened as the Center Jewel of Morg City, OR's Skyline in 1925, Both Buildings have 30 floors worth of 28 1st class Suites and 144 Affordable Middle class suites as well as a presidential suite in both the West and East Tower, both hosted presidents such as Franklin Roosevelt, Eisenhower. Kennedy, Ford, Reagan, Nixon, Both Bush's, and Obama.

The hotels have also survived many disasters such as the Morg city fire of 1963, and the 1987 Astoria Earthquake.
For Recreation, both hotels are connected via 2 sky-bridges to the Lighthouse tower which both provide a breathtaking view of the Pacific Coast.

The Lighthouse Tower also houses 2 fast moving elevators, a subway station, gourmet Italian restaurant, marble Lobby, the tallest man made Waterfall, A nightclub, and an art gallery.
