Bunker Overview – Strategic Summary


1) Structural Division

The facility is divided into six fully self-sufficient sectors, each capable of independent water and food production.

Each sector is designed for 560 residents, giving a total population of 3,360.



2) Core Purpose

The bunker is built to provide comfortable living conditions for all 3,360 inhabitants for a minimum of 40 years in the event of a nuclear strike.

Beyond survival, it stores and maintains the resources necessary to continue conventional warfare operations from underground and to later support surface reconstruction and resettlement once conditions allow.

Its design assumes direct targeting during a large-scale nuclear conflict.


3) Governance Model

The bunker operates under a single-command leadership, elected through universal suffrage for a two-year term.

Leadership is bound by a Bunker Constitution and reinforced by clear crisis-response protocols to ensure order during emergencies.

A supervisory and auditing body monitors the commander’s actions, holding them accountable to the population while ensuring operational security.
