dude just go to %appdata%
open minecraft/saves. right click the world. open it in winrar or whatever.
then it should give u either A. some boxes saying region sp settings. if that then click the back arrow. and then bring that (it should look like a ziped file) to say my documents, open up where u go to share the map. and the rest u can figure out ur self (cuz the rest i cant explain well)
