I've been thinking about making an attempt at Middle Earth in Minecraft, specifically using the 1.21.1 Middle Earth Mod alongside quite a handful of carefully picked mods. We'll see how it goes! I figured it'd be best to start with Hobbiton so that's where I'm at now. Tbh for a project that literally started on the 1st of February (yesterday), we're making pretty good progress lol.
As for the references, I've been primarily using photos from the Hobbit Set in New Zealand as well as screenshots from the LOTR and Hobbit trilogies. I think that's been serving me pretty well so far but I'm always open for suggestions lol
