Shitan capital

I'm presenting you a capital of Elves nation - Shitan.
It is editing for a medieval period, it is not ended yet. The main city is on base of 3 level circle. The lowest part is for the poorest. Secoond belongs to a rich guy, merchant and etc. On the top the master lives. outside of there is temple, farms, barracks and docks with berthed boats. Under the city are caves inhabited by other dark breed.
