put a command block down and type: /setblock ~ ~ ~1 minecraft:redstone_block 0 destroy
that replaces a redstoneblock so fast as it can so you have a very fast repeater.
type /gamerule doTileDrops false
to dont have item dropping
put a command block near the redstoneblock and type /setblock ~ ~ ~1 minecraft:wool 14 destroy
and you will have a particle shower
