The Shrine of Azura is the shrine to the Daedric Prince Azura.
The shrine is tended by Azura's last remaining worshipper, Aranea Ienith. It can be found south of Winterhold on the summit of a tall mountain.

i released it in november 2023
Also why showing with no download, to show the progress and if i don't release the map, it could be for multiple things, like just not being satisfied with the current state of the map., a small part of a bigger one
In this case it was for just showing the progress on a very specific part of the map, no need a download for that
And for the credit, i put them in every maps i posted
depend of what i would say.
