I have made a very simple and compact shulker box storage based on an video at Iskalls85 channell i will put a link bellow go and check if you want. Anyway this is almost the same design as he made you open the chest you chose the sulker box and you then press Q to drop it on a hopper and then it will open the box from a dispenser but insted of you breaking it it has a sticky piston with a button instead and it goes back to the chest it can only do one shulker box at time so if you drop 2 insted of 1 maybe 1 of them don't come out and you will have to manually go and take it out of the system.
