earlyer today i made a version one of this device, and now i have made it 10 times betehr and faster and more compact !

Can you describe what it actually do? Give an usability example...
I know you described a bit more in V1 but even there the description is not the best and uable to understand for non-professional redstone users.

ok ill give it a try. in this "thing" we have a place to the right and to the left. at each side we can have 7 posibel outputs, if we have 3 outputs at right we will have 4 at left so no matter wher we give it a imput we will have 7 outputs at all... so it mirror the signal......

(i hope i explained that good enogh)     -aopologies my bad english

i made this thing becuse i will most likely need it in the computer that is gonna control my minigame,
what its gonna do is to chose if signal get added to "sum" or if it gets retracted.....

i dont know if you got any exp with redstone computers, but this is in many ways a need able thing for doing math.
