Tested and working in 1.9.

This is something I don't think has been done in a form that works in 1.8. Cubehamster made silent 100% InstantWire, but that broke in 1.5.

The rising edge is nearly instant. The 1 tick monostable circuit has a 3 tick delay. The rails might have a 1 tick delay from when they are updated, to turning off, but I am not sure. The silent BUD switch also has at least a 2 tick delay. However, the delay is the same, no matter how long.

Let me explain how it works. There are 3 components. The input, output, and wire.

The wire is basically BUDded on powered rails. I came up with a way to silently BUD powered/activator rails. When the rails are updated, it triggers a silent dropper BUD switch. The silent BUD switch is wired to the reset mechanism. How it resets, is that there are torches next to the rails. They turn on, then off. But they each turn off 1 tick after the one before. What this does is that it powers the rails, then powers it further down, then further down, but it does not update the rails that should have turned off, because the rail signal would have decayed. I am not sure, but I think some silent BUD switches pre-1.5 used a similar mechanic.

The input is a 1 tick monostable circuit, placed next to the rails. I use a monostable circuit so it doesn't pulse when the input is switched on, then off after a while.

The output is a silent dropper BUD switch, placed next to the rails.
