Hello crafters,
This is a small, pretty simple clay farm with building around it. Java Edition.
It is best if this is placed at your ground level, so you may need to lower the y level. Keep in mind that the farm uses dripstone and requires three blocks of space below it to function properly. Lowest space is open air, then dripstone, then dripstone block.
I am new to Minecraft, Redstone, and building so there are probably bigger, better builds, but this one is my creation.
I included signs in the build with explanations feel free to include them.
I included a zip file with a litematic schematic extension.
So, how does it work?
Basically, you manually place dirt on the dripstone blocks. Push the button to convert into mud. Don't worry, sometimes it might skip a dirt block. Manually remove the empty bottles and place in the return barrel. Harvest clay when ready and use the included storage options. You have two access points for troubleshooting the machine. Simple clocks, bubble elevators, on/off switches.
You need to run the machine to fill the empty water bottles with water and then run the machine to distribute those water bottles along the production line. Cycle them on and off as needed.
