Was building this for my own server but decided to change what type of server I was making so heres the download for anyone who would like to use it on their server. I only ask that you do not take credit for it, you can change it and mess with it as much as needed to fit your server :D. Id like to see it implemented in some servers so if you decide to use it leave your ip in the comments and Ill come on and check it out!
