Just a quick note: This is for new servers, as it is a small spawn. This includes something I call owner tools, where you press a pressure plate, and something happens (eg Broadcast, ChatClear) There are 4 tools that come with the map, and if you know alot about commands, you can make 4 of your own :D

Spawn XYZ: 78 28 -613
Tools XYZ: 92 27 -607
