Hallo! 

What is it?
 It is a simple town home with basic features, such as kitchen, living/family room, bedroom, and crafting area. It has a nice little porch and perfect lighting. It's really just for looks, but I have the Download link anyways. 
Why did you build it?
Cuz :P I actually don't know. I just like building little stuff like that because if I don't commit, it only takes 20 minutes anyways. 
How long did it take?
Bout 20 minutes or so.
